Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched from Sweden. Orders are shipped with full tracking, and a tracking link is provided once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We cannot modify, redirect, or cancel a shipment after dispatch.
Shipping Times
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier workload, or other external factors are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund or cancellation.
Proof of Shipment & Delivery
All shipments include tracking. The following carrier statuses are considered valid proof of delivery:
- “In Transit”
- “Out for Delivery”
- “Delivered”
- Any other carrier-confirmed status
If tracking shows that a parcel is in transit or delivered, the order is considered successfully shipped, and we cannot issue refunds or accept disputes based on non-delivery.
Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Shipping Costs & Subsidised Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the customer received discounted or subsidised shipping (including 50/50 shared shipping), the seller-covered portion of the shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, and import fees.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a parcel is delayed, the customer must contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by the carrier.
A shipment is considered “lost” only when the carrier officially confirms it as lost. Until such confirmation, the order is considered in transit.
Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
- incorrect address
- failure to collect
- refusal to pay customs duties
- refusal to accept delivery
the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and reshipping fees.
Chargebacks & Delivery Disputes
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback while the order is in transit, delayed, or not yet delivered is considered a violation of this policy.
We provide the payment processor with:
- proof of shipment
- tracking information
- delivery confirmation
- communication records
If a dispute is resolved in the customer’s favour, all shipping costs, discounts, and seller-covered fees will be deducted from the final refund.
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who file fraudulent or unjustified disputes.
International Shipping
For non-EU customers, VAT and duties are not included in the purchase price. Customers are responsible for paying all import fees upon arrival.
Failure to pay customs duties may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by customs. Such orders are not eligible for refund.
