Shipping Policy:
Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- Processing: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. It usually takes 1-5 business days to process your order (it usually takes on average a maximum of 2 days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.
- Shipping Rates & Shipping Time:
The average delivery time:
1) PostNord delivery.On average, delivery takes about 3-8 days,
2) UPS delivery. On average, delivery takes about 7-10 days.
3) DHL delivery. On average, delivery takes about 5-8 days.
* We try to ship all orders on the same day, so delivery usually takes less time.
*Sometimes, getting your tracking number can take up to a week to share due heavy amounts of orders, but does not change shipping & delivery time time*
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Unexpected Delays
In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!
RETURN OR EXCHANGE – EUROPE
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Items must be returned in their original condition. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted. Socks and slippers must be returned with the original pack, free of damage. The cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is born by customer (up to a maximum of one exchange per order).
Click & Collect : Exchanges and returns will not be accepted in store. Please log on to your account to request a return. Please note that an unrecovered package will be returned to our warehouse after 14 days.
If you want to return or exchange a product, simply log on to your account and choose REQUEST A RETURN.
Choose the product, the reason for the return and click CONFIRM.
Once we have received your request, we will validate, and you will be sent a return label via PostNord or UPS. The return shipping cost is taken care of by .

To process a refund or exchange outside of Europe, please send an email to :sale@sally-sheep.com
The return delivery cost is born by the purchaser. Please send an email to: sale@sally-sheep.com to have further information. In the case of a refund, a return label could be provided by SallySheepCom. In this case, the amount of the label will be deducted from the final refund. In the case of an exchange, the cost of returning the item is born by the purchaser, although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is born by Customer
RETURN OR EXCHANGE - OUTSIDE EUROPE
To process a refund or exchange outside of Europe, please send an e-mail to: sale@sally-sheep.com stating the reason for the return. Our customer service will provide you with the return address, as well as a reference number which you put on the return package. The return delivery cost is born by the purchaser. In case of exchange, SallySheepCom will issue a refund if the price of the exchanged item is less than that of the original item. The cost of returning the item is born by the purchaser, although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is born by Customer.
